The Revolution of Terrior The Monastir project forms shape to a collection of modern, “high expression”, estate wines, with lots of body and great finesse, attempting to recover the concept that is based in the working of and care in the vineyard as the fundamental source of quality. Monastir brings back to life the authentic character of the great wines of Navarra that mark the golden age of Navarran wines that took place in the beginning of the last century. The estate, owned by the winery, posses impeccable qualities that are a result of the utmost care of the vines, producing an extremely low yield, that ultimately permit the winery to achieve a quality in the grapes that is unsurpassed.
