Tempranillo, Garnacha tinta and Graciano.
The harvest occurs during october. The grapes are picked in 15 kg boxes.
Produced in 30,000 kg vats. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 28º C, and maceration is extended for 2 weeks. Aged in French and American oak barrels between 12 and 14 months. A subsequent refinement is achieved in bottle until placed in the market, with an approximate aging of two years between both barrel and bottle.
Hacienda Lopez de Haro is a wine of intense colour and pleasant bouquet, in which the nuances of mature fruit stand out. In the mouth it is soft, expressive and elegant, combining a fruity character with the notes lent by the cask, in perfect balance.
